uh oh. on my coupe all I did was change the power lead to the sensor
(was it that one?) from ignition on to battery 12v. I think the relayed
fan power already comes from the battery directly.
I suppose I should check...
fuse box connections (old style) were:
G7 (X relay powered) juice to rad fan relay, through sensor
G1 relay switched power for fan, from fuse 16 via
G6 which comes from a jumper from
H which is battery 12v
my fuse wasn;t working well anymore so I did more than necessary. All
you would have to do is pull that wire to the sensor and relay and power
it from the battery terminal H.
Then the fan is still one speed, etc, but works if the car is off.
