Help! Fuel Injector Question

Hello Listers,
I have an 84 5000S Turbo and I'm changing the fuel injectors.
  I ordered the injectors from Blau and received Bosch 
p/n 0 43503 045 with an "014" in an eliptical circle.  
This purchased injector looks the same as the injector
 that I just pulled out except that it has a stamped 
metal sleeve with small O-ring on it at the end where
 the injector is.  The injector I just pulled out of the 
engine is Bosch p/n 0 437 502 023 and Audi 
p/n 049 133 551 A. It also also has an "014" in 
an eliptical circle.  The injector I pulled out does
 not have this stamped metal cap at the end of it.

  My question is: 
1) I cannot see into the injector hole, so is there 
a stamped metal insert left in my cylinder head?
 If so, how to remove it?  Easy out?
2) If I don't have one, do I remove the sleeve from
 the purchased injector or do I have the wrong one?
