Oh you bet! Nothing like the engine roaring at WOT. Sound Deadening can
eliminate all the squeaks and rattles that *shouldn't* be there though, so
you can better hear the engine purr and enjoy it more. : ) To quiet down
the engine you want to apply sound deadening material to the firewall (metal
separating engine compartment from the passenger one). If you *want* to
hear the engine better, just stick the material everywhere else! The great
thing about this stuff is you can put more layers on "trouble" spots while
having less (or none!) in others.
Just thought I'd clear that up. : )
