Re: ABS light

Hi Bob;

    One lister had a problem with his ABS light flashing with his right turn
signal. It turned out that both pins were beside each other in one of the
instrument panel connectors and had shorted together.
    Perhaps you have a short between the IP illumination and your ABS light?
You could take a look at the Bentley to determine the connector pin
locations for the IP lights and the ABS light.
    I can't think of any reason why the brake pad replacement would cause a
problem unless a sensor wire was damaged, and in that case the light would
be on whenever the car was running.
