RE: 4000 turbo rotors

After further reflection, I realized the 4kq rear hub is not an option due
to the differences in the front and rear axle sizes on the 4kq. Of course
you could put 4kq rear axles on the front though there is a possibility they
may have to be shortened. (still looking into that one)
