it is an assembly - the collar is not removeable/replace-able.  You just
unscrew the pin from the captive nut (which is inside the B pillar)
using the appropriate socket.  mark its location 1st.  Then put in the
new one.  tighten moderately firmly, check door alignment and ease of
opening/closing, then finish tightening.

for those who are lost, we are talking about the door latch striker pin
which is mounted in the door jamb, about halfway down the rear of each
door opening.
