ETKA Wanted!

It would seem I have been "forgotten" from the original request's
to Dave on getting an ETKA.  Not to mention several other
emails to him asking "when" and "if" I would receive a disk.
Its been 3+ months..........  Checks in the mail................

I'm now resorting to ask if anyone on the Qlist could send me one. 
In return I will pay you cash for your troubles.
