Throttle body fittings HELP!!

I checked the OD of the tube going into the housing because the 1/8" didn't
make sense. In fact 1/8" is too small. The aperture is +-3.4mm, and the
original tube's OD is 3.75mm.
Do you think I could get away with using 5/32" or 3.96mm tube in the
interim? Would Copper be less likely to crack the housing?
