Matt,

I agree with the others about the tire.  Try rotating the front to the back  and see if the noise changes location.
If that doesn't do it, I would also check for play in the driveshaft universal joint -- although this would be a much higher frequency thump.  Maybe also checked for warped rotors in the back?
