I feel your pain!  With dealers like these, who needs enemies?
Seriously, though, either talk with the guy's manager or order
the part through TPC ( www.partsconnection.com ) or Blau!
( www.audiquattroparts.com ); they are likely to have it, and
give you a better price than the dealer.
