	No, it wont.  The 200 Flat Face Flywheel takes a totally different
type not to mentions size of clutch.

	You'd be better off lightening the 4kq clutch.  4kq clutch is
about 26 lbs.  (Mayb 24 I cant remember)  I think its 26 but after
machining mine for a new clutch it was about 25.    5ktq/ EArly 200
Flywheel is about 26 or 28 lbs.  Later 200 Flat Face Flywheel is about
18-19 lbs.  BUt, I know a guy who lightened his 5ktq unit to 20lbs for
about $75.  And I found a place that will do it for the same.  To go
lighter you have to DRILL HOLES in it which makes balancing difficult and
is an art.  Takes a skilled person to do it right.  THere is a guy here in
town that can do it (Built MOtors for Nascar teams for many years)  but I
dont know how price is on drilled FW's.  Probably about $125 or so but
less than 20 isnt really needed.  Also, at 20lbs you'll run into a tranny
that can rattle a little which is why the later 200 Clutch had an extra 4
dampening springs to reduce vibration.
	Anyhow, Hope that helps.  If your interested I can talk to this
guy about lightening my spare 4kq Flywheel for you to whatever weight you
want it to be and I'll trade you for the 200 unit if you already have it.
I'm doing a turbo conversion and wouldn't mind using the Newer Flywheel
desing since I need to buy a new clutch anyhow.  Same price for me either
way.
