I'd go for a multiple of the time to erase to all 'ff's...
For my own, I'd probably go with 2 times.  It's so much
more harmless to overcook them a bit than under erase them
and have a bit flip if the temperature and/or the supply
voltage are a little different from when you blank tested them.

I've cooked 27C64s for hours when I've forgotten to take them
out of the eraser (no timer) and they have survived with no
apparent effects.  Still, these 27C64s survived being programmed
at 21V instead of 12.5V.  Won't program at 12.5V any more though.
