Oil pressure

Hello everyone,
What is the normal oil pressure when the 10V N/A engine is warm?  The car
is a '88 90 Q and has been showing about 3-3.5 Bar maximum ay anything
above idling.  I know about the rule RPM in 1,000 + 1 but I don't know how
far it applies.  How common is the colapsing of the generic oil filter or
the failure of the oil pressure sender?  When it's cold, it does go up to 5
Bar.
