I thought this was pretty much a general list consensus. The 12v
6-cyl has seemed to be much more prone to leakage and other problems than
the I5. Time will tell however if the 30v motors are any better. I dont
know what they changed but as is Audi's tradition they have improved the
12v with the A4/A6 and then improved it again with the 30v so maybe they
will tend to be better.
Sorry, just posting what I took to be list consensus since I see
things about that posted all the time.

Touche.. YOur right. My bad. But I dont think the changes are
significant enough to warrant waiting for a newer one ESP..if you had to
forgue quattro and a 5-spd to get it. And he said anything newer than 90'
which makes no sense as 91' had the same pre-91 chassis and stuff.
Anyhow, thanks for the correction.

TRue. BTW...Do you know if the Hood on the 93'+ 90's is the same
as the RS2 Hood? ANd will it bolt up directly to the Older 90's? I'm
assuming this to be true. If so then I could do an RS-2 front end
conversion fairly easily with the use of a local 93' hood, some RS2
Euro's, and then wait on the bumper for a bit.
