Buzzing Fuel Pressure Accumulator

Hey Q-heads!

I've broken down and re-subbed to the list and we all no what that means,
right? The Q is misbehaving...8-(

Any of you ever had or heard of an intermittently buzzing fuel pressure
accumulator?  I never had until this week.  The accumulator makes a loud
buzz--kind of like the fuel pump but lower in frequency and louder.  I know
that's what is causing the noise 'cause I put my hand on it while it was
making the noise and can feel the vibration.

Car is an '89 200TQ with 135k.  It's begun to miss at highway speeds and has
required 2-3 cranks to start when cold.  Seems to me all these may be
related.

I assume the FPA is about join the ranks of the non-living. Any opinions??
