Early 80/90 front brakes? (was Re: 4000 brake rotors)

Getting back to this thread (since my brother found an Audi 80 in 
the junkyard with both front struts intact), what front brake caliper
and rotor size did the early 80/90 series use?

And, if the G60 calipers will bolt up to that strut, won't the single
piston two-piece calipers from the early urquattro also bolt up to
it?

Since I have a set of urquattro calipers just laying around, I think
they may be useful as an 11" brake upgrade to the Coupe GT.  I doubt
that the slight loss of swept area versus the G60 calipers will be
much of a concern on the 2500lb. Coupe.
