Yup.

Can't remember, the radiator fan wiring is in the ur-q harness and can
be left alone. I haven't yet installed my injector cooling fan, I haven't
seen the need.

Both the computer and its associated engine wiring needs to be changed.
You are on the right track installing the red harness.

I didn't consider the KH, so I am no help there. Here is the rundown
on the MC engine I installed in my ur-q.
-1989 MC engine with single knock sensor
-Installed both red and yellow harnesses
-Running custom 1.95 bar ECU with special timing maps
-Water cooled K26 turbo with 7 degree clip on turbine
-ur-q downpipe, sleeved kitty
-2.5 in cat back stainless steel Borla, no center muffler
-ur-q crankshaft pulley
-using ur-q flywheel with centerforce DF clutch
-using ur-q fuel system, including metering head, injector lines and
injectors
-red harness O2 frequency valve connector plugs into ur-q O2 FV on fuel head
-using 1985 KH? intake manifold w/o idle air bypass channel
-used MC air temp sensor, ur-q one won't work
-plugged air shroud inlet on MC head
-used MC rpm/index mark sensors with custom machined mounting block
-used ur-q oil cooler with custom aeroquip lines.
-Installed special led/momentary switch to download ECU trouble codes
-used ur-q oil pan with modified MC oil baffle
-haven't installed injector cooling fan
-haven't installed aux turbo cooling pump
-other misc. details I can't remember at the moment
W/o the extra cooling pumps, less than 10 wires need to be interfaced
to the stock ur-q wiring.
