Should be fine.  Uncle Bendy (Brendan Rudack) considers this a reqd. mod
(he actually leaves the pipe loose so he can kick it off and bypass the
muffler altogether <g>).  It gives a nice aggressive tone.  Wouldn't want
to drive for extended periods on the highway with it but it does have a
nice edge to it.....
