It's a fuel pressure problem.  Either control is going high or system
is going low.  The former sometimes causes increased weeping from the
bottom of the fuel metering head plunger.  Your cars are differently
rigged to ours (differential regulator, etc) but the end result at the
metering head is much the same.

My guess would be control going high.  I usually debug this by attaching
the fuel pressure gauge and then twisting it down in front of the metering
head and tie-wrapping it in position.  Then wait until the symptoms
occur, leap out and read the pressure.  I caught a JS engine at 4.1 bar
control this way only last week.
