Twelve months of MB ownership, GBP12000 in restoration/maintenance costs so
far. Exhaust still makes contact time to time with the diff and the
driveshaft tunnel, still need a set of new 8" R8's, etc.
As if that is not enough of a beating, I'm considering going ahead with the
RS2 powered sleeper project. I'll have to figure how to get that digital
speedo to register over 255km/h, especially considering or 80/100/120km/h
speed limits...otherwise I'll never know if the officer is telling the
truth.
