So what is the alternative, installing teeny little brakes so
there will never be the possibility of a lock up? Just because you can
lock up the brakes does not mean that they will be used as such.
Threshold braking stops about 10% quicker than a lock up, and a more
powerful brake will give you the control to threshld brake. There is a
fundamental misunderstanding of life in your last statement..think about
it.
