RE: Black-out badging
Not to comment on other folks taste (or, as my Dad used to say, "Son, there
is no accounting for the tastes of women"), my 88 5kcstq was "Blacked Out"
when I procured it. And some jackass painted the front grill pearl to match
the rest of the car, with the front rings black. I wanted to puke (my
tastes here). I took paint remover to the front rings, and painted the
grill satin black. Once again a _proper_ Audi, as Phil would say...
