Turbo City has rebuild kits for the turbos. I bought one about 7 years
ago for my 84 5000 turbo. The kit has the seals, 2 bearings and misc.
parts. I pulled the turbo apart being very carefull to mark the
position
of the intake compressor wheel. Had the rotating parts cleaned, checked
for balance and reassembled the turbo with new parts. The turbo worked
great after that and made no noises. You have to be very careful when
removing the compressor wheel as not to bend or break any of the blades.
