S6 Sport Seats Showing Wear

Can anyone help me find a way to refinish/replace the leather on the
sport seat side bolsters (seat bottom and back) that are wearing on my
new/used S6 (bought it two weeks ago). I'm sure I'll have to replace the
panels someday (hopefully not too soon). My old 5000CSTQ had sport seats
and I had the same problem from sliding in and out. Audi wants $700 for
factory replacements per back or bottom (out of the question) and
they're probably not available anyway. Thanls if you can help. I
