Cylinder head rebuild

Guys,

After blowing the head gasket on my 4kq last weekend I have decided it is 
time to do a rebuild on a head I have. The following is a list of mods I wish 
to perform and need feedback and advice:

Install larger valves, 36mm exhaust, 40mm intake 7mm stem
Ceramic coat combustion chamber vale heads, exhaust ports, and ex valve lower 
stem.
Extrude hone ports
O-ring head
Copper head gasket

I have leads on where to get the work done and where to find the parts I just 
want to explore all my options before I plunk down the dough..
