Extrude Hone will want a ton of money and make you wait
about two months. (They'll say 1 month.) Although the
process is just the ticket for manifolds which tend to be
inaccessible by hand tools, I think your money would be
better spent on having the head ported and polished
by a knowledgable shop. IMHO, extrude honing can't really do
any radius relieving, etc., and should be considered a distant
second choice for heads.
