I think I need a steering rack?

hi,

I get a grumbling noise only when the steering wheel is turned to the
left. I don't hear the noise if the car is driven straight ahead, or
turned to the left. All off this is while moving of course. My question is, 
where can I get a steering rack for a 85 Audi
5ktq? I've seen a posting before listing where a rack can be ordered
for aprrox $169. It had a steel sleeve, and a lifetime conditional
warranty. I'm I flaky, or is someone selling this part?

The steering rack was replaced on the car approx 6 years ago.
