Hailing David Hord (RE: Where are my EKTA's)

Has ANYONE heard from this guy?  I ordered 3 EKTA's from him and paid him
EXTRA for the trouble.  NOw I still have no Disks.  Its been MONTHS since
I sent him the money.  ANd over a month since he the FINAL LAST orders
were to be mailed out.  What gives.  I ordered them for me and two
Birthday Presents to NW Listers and well, their Birthdays are long since
past.
	I know someone set up an FTP site but I lost my T1 connection 3
weeks ago when school finished.  ANd I dont have a burner.  If anyone
knows where this guy is I'd love to know how to get ahold of him and tell
him what I think.  I know he had problems, I was sympathetic.  Even wrote
the list a message defending his lateness.   But I have heard NOTHING in
Months.  Even when I have sent him E-MAIL's.
