no, it will just stop aging.

actually this problem affects autos built *after* 2004, not before,
right?

and... will my 90's parts (cupholder, headlight washers, automatic
"cutthroat" windows) reset the cars' internal sense of time (or like the
person in their 50's with much cosmetic surgery, will it just evoke
snickers from passers-by?)?
