94 100/S4 parts FS

	As the subject indicates, I'm parting out a 94 S4, emerald/ecru. The car
had relatively high miles (~150K- I'm waiting to hear back definitively
from the former owner) but was in very good shape mechanically and
cosmetically until it hit a deer and had a brief off-road excursion. Some
first-attempt pictures (a bit on the small and fuzzy side) are up on my web

	I'm buying it primarily for the engine and transmission- I'm planning an
Ersatz S2, taking the S4 driveline and installing it into a CoupeQ. The
former owner has already taken some parts, and I'm returning others as I
part the car out as part of my deal with him. This is primarily parts that
were upgraded, and they'll go on another S4 that he's in the process of
buying. What does that leave? Basically, if it's in the pictures, stock,
and not the engine or transmission, it's probably up for grabs. If you're
not sure, please ask. I'd hate to see stuff that someone can used get
crushed. More specifically:

Interior:
	Door panels (walnut trim)
	Dash (ditto)
	Rear heated seat (w/open headrests)
	Console
	Former owner is keeping the front seats for now.

Body- Pretty much everything except the hood, bumper, and right (passenger)
fender, which got mashed in the accident. The rest of the body is in
excellent shape.
	Driver's side doors (rear door needs window glass)
	Passenger doors (rear needs glass)
	Rear bumper
	Trunk lid (some small dents, had spoiler installed)
	Glass sunroof (92 100/S4 owners want to upgrade?)
	Complete sunroof mechanism

Wheels/Suspension
	The former owner wants the Ronal R28's, Eibach springs, and Bilstein
struts back, but the important front parts for a UFO conversion are
available, along with the front G60's & rear calipers, and the complete
rear suspension is available.

Engine compt/driveline:
	The intercooler, intake manifold, and stock exhaust manifold will probably
be available at a later date. For now, I'm hanging on to the bulk of the
engine-related stuff until I'm sure I won't need it. Let me know if you're
interested in these parts, and I'll get in touch when I know what I need to
keep. Other, available-now stuff:
	Early car 2-position hood strut.
	All brake system components (MC, ABS controller, etc.)
	Steering rack
	etc.

	I'm going to start tearing the car down early next week, and I don't have
the space or the inclination to remove and/or store anything I'm not
planning to use, so please let me know as soon as possible what parts
you're interested in. I'd like to finish parting the car out within the
next 2 weeks.

	The toughest part of this, based on some preliminary negotiations I've
already had, is establishing fair prices for this stuff, but it's basically
going to be best offer.
