frozen tie rods '86 4kq

Greetings all.

The time has come to get my '86 4000csq re-aligned.  It just finished eating a nice set of Bridgestones, and is now working on some new Pirellis.  The trouble is the sleeves for adjusting toe on the rear tie rods are stuck.  I've sprayed them with various penetrating oils for about a week but no luck.

Has anyone found a way to free these things?  Application of heat (torch) has been suggested, but I think I'll pass on that.  Last thing I want is these things weakening and snapping at crusing speed.

In the event of replacement, I've been quoted $89 each from my favorite parts supplier.  This seem reasonable to you?
