it's worth to install a climate control in my 88'100q?

Hello all!
I'm a 88'Audi100q owner since Septemper 98 without air conditioning. The
summer is comming fast and is hard to drive sometimes under the sun. The
questions are: it's worth to install air conditioning or climete control
system in my old car?. Are there space in car's front to put de system?
(The engine is like american 88'5qk). Very dificult job?
I have a friend that unfortunatly had a crash with their 92' Audi 100
2.2E and he offer me the climate control because he is thinking to buy
another car. Can I accept this adventure?. What is the correct price to
paid him?.
