Anybody knows weather strip installation tricks?5KCSTQ

I finally broke down and bought a new weather$trip, for the driverside door.
This afternoon I thought, I am going to replace that, quickly. Knowing
better from previous so called quickies that turned into all nighters, I
better check it out carefully, before I rip the old one off the door. I am
talking about the strip that goes from the back of the window, over the top,
down the front with a split to the mirror. Carlsen calls it the guide # 443
837 431 E. It mounts in a channel of the door, and I am a little worried
that I am going to have a really rough time prying it in there, and may be
damaging the rubber with whatever tool I use. I thought of making it
slippery with liquid soap, and use a dull screwdriver or puttyknife, but I
better ask you guys if there is some proven trick for this installation.
