Dash

The dash light problem would have to be some kind of surge of electrical
current at one point.  All of the lower wattage bulbs, 0.9W brown base
bulbs, blew at or near the same time.  I will install all 1.2W bulbs in
all the sockets to avoid having them get over powered, plus it should be
brighter.  Thanks for the help guys!  I hope the new 1.2W bulbs all work,
the ones I tried did work, but not all of the sockets have been tested.
Speedo works again, very weird that it went sour as well, but now works
just fine.  Oh well, thanks again!
