You found the right place.....
UFO is a special design used on V8s and some 200s.
Great design idea, but lacked the cooling so it tends to warp.  
EIther you love em or hate em...
4k - compact audi
5k - Full size Audi
100 - midsize Audi
200 - Replaces 5k
V8 - the flagship of Audi
S4 - Replaces 200/V8
S6 - Replaces S4 only made for 2 years

Urq runs @ about 20 Psi + 
Except for some electrial problems, the engine pulls its own.
And 2 bar doens't get you 400hps.  Only about 300 if less.  YMMV
