Hey Zach,
Thanks for the note.  I do have a chip (1.8 bar), a 2-piece manifold, and a
freer exhaust.  My car is pretty quick for a TQ.  This guy went past me like
I was going backwards.  It sucked.  

I washed and detailed my car, I'm about to go get tires, new Boge TG's go on
next week, I ordered new headlining material, etc, etc, so I'm actually
feeling better about my car.  The M3  encounter stills haunts me a little
tho...
