Reuse of the bolts for G-60's Caliper-frame and possible missing heat-shield

Hi.
Having my G60's overhauled, and new discs mounted, i had to remove the
caliper-frame.

The two bolts was VERY hard to get loose. (I'm glad they don't get loose all
by them selves)

Are these bolts reuseable, and/or do i have to lock them in any way
(locktite or..?)

I also noticed that there wasn't any heatshield between the back of the pads
and the caliper-pistons. - Are they missing, or shouldn't there be any ?
