Brake Line Grommet

I have a replacement brake line to put on the front of the '88 5kcstq,
but the grommet is different. The one on the new hose has no slot to
engage with the flange on the strut housing. Can I get the old one off
the old line and slip it over the fittings on the new line?
Brake line is part #443-611-775 and the grommet that I don't have a new
one of is 171 611 819 per ETKA.

It would be real nice to get this fixed before the hillclimb this
weekend.
