... I know that I've seen the cam specs for the MC in the 5kQ Bentley (but I
don't know if this is the same part as used on the MB) ... I'm pretty sure
I've seen the same for the WX in the 4kQ book.  Remember that the WX engine
uses shim in bucket cam followers while the MB/MC has hydraulic lifters ...
