Greetings:

Regarding copper fuel lines, if I remember correctly, copper and gasoline
do not mix. Can someone confirm this? I just remeber from a college
project, in which we built a fuel pump for an SAEW supermileage car, we
had to use stainless fittings instead of brass. I believe this was due to
the copper content of the br.ss fittings.s.


(PLease pardon the typos... my keyboard won't let me back up...? And I
thought our Audis were mysterious! That shuld be SAE, as in Society of
Automotive Engineers)
