This isn't a bet, it's charity, just give him the $20 and go out for some
beer.
A Cheby Pickup with a 350 can smoke the NA 5KS from 80-110, BTDT while
ferrying truck to port once.  Based on the subject, you kinda know the
answer.  Don't shift into 5th unless you really want to be embarrassed.
