Change valves? (1.8t crunched head)

Does anyone know if a special tool is needed to remove/replace the
valves on the 1.8t (any VW/Audi?) head?    If so, is it a common
tool I can find at a foreign parts place, or do I need to order it
from somewhere?


FYI, my father pulled the head on his 1.8t and found two exhaust
valves and one intake valve per cylinder bent.  So, he is looking
for a way to replace them.
