Try a different headlight bulb, or even switch the bulbs right to left (for
free). Sometimes the bulbs are inaccurately made - filament position is
critical on these lamps because that determines the focus - that's one of
the reasons sealed beam headlights were popular for so long - if the bulb
can't be installed wrong, the filament will always be in the right position
in relation to the reflector, so the focus will remain correct.
