The lock linkage has popped off the actuator - remove the door handle an pop it
back on. The 2 phillips screws are in the door jamb and under the metal strip.
Remove the rubber plug to access the jam one, and used a small pick or
scredriver to acces the other. This is a quick 15 minute job - the only hard
part is getting fingers in there to pop both plastic ends onto the ball
actuators.
