Power Windows all died

I hopped in the Audi (86 4KCSQ) today to go to work, and all the power 
windows won't work.  No power seems to be getting to the switches, as the 
switch lights do not even come on (and miraculously all the lights work 
normally).  I reached under the dash and wiggled everything around (mostly 
the relays) and the windows came alive for about an hour, but stopped 
working again.

Where is the relay for the power windows?  I'm pretty sure it's not the 
fuse (if there is one, not one labeled power windows (one is labeled for 
the 200 series, but that fuse is OK), since the windows came alive for 
awhile after they died.

The sunroof works fine.
