A4 Security System

SOrry if this has already been covered but do any other 98.5 A4 owners have
your alarm go off for no reason at all??? My dad says that between surgery
he gets nurses walking up to him saying Dr. Dhanda your car alarm is going
off! Could it be the motion sensor or something???? Also the remote entry
doesn't work untill about 7 feet away... but if I hold the thing above my
head (total height 7 feet) it works from about 25-30 feet... Any
suggestions???
