Questions 200 20v - NO MORE SLUSHBOX!!

I am getting a 20v real soon(I'm so excited).
I have a few questions!  
1) I was told that this car was like the 92 S4 but body of a 200.  Will i 
have the reliablity of a S4 or will I have a 200 with a S4 engine?

2) How much is it to ship it from FL to WA?  I know it was $800 bucks from 
NYC to WA so expecting 1000.

3) The rear seats are damaged.  How hard is it to put a seat in?

4) Calling all the chip people on the list.  How much do you guys charge for 
a chip upgrade?  I dont' want TAP or Hoppens.  I want Q-list knowledge!

5) I have a bose stereo in my current 200 and I want to swap it on the 20v.  
Is it as easy as plug and play with the radio, speakers?  Or is there special 
things I have to do?  How about the VDO screen which shows the radio station

6) How low do you think I should lower the car?  I don't want to screw up any 
designs of the quattro design - 1.5 inches?

Sorry for all the questions, but I am actually going to OWN a 20v!!!  People 
on the list might recall I drive a FWD slushbox.  Anyone want my car?  =)
