Re:Antifreeze

I recently purchased a gallon of  "Autobahn antifreeze & summer
coolant", from the Audi dealer. I don't think I mentioned which Audi I
had, but this fluid is "blue". It's label on the back says "Phosphate
free formulation (G-48) ZVW 237 105 meets VW774C. The bottle also says
"Phosphate free formula for use in Volkswagen & Audi water cooled
vehicles". The ingredients list does show silicates, though. This
product was distributed by VW of America.

The cost was around $14.00. I think that next time, I will use the
Prestone long life. It was around $7.50 a gal.
