86 Coupe brake cluster assembly

I had similar problems, heres my fix.

First if you remove the whole plastic assembly turn it around and inspect,
you will see that the base of the bulb contact touches by friction the
small metallic metal strip. All of this is held together by the plastic.
With time this becomes loose and corrodes. You should see the problem as it
is evident on your problematic light bulb. If you inspect the others you
will find two or three more close to creating problem.
What I did was to remove all those strips of metal. grind clean all the
areas of contact and even tin soldered. To put everything back together I
used pop rivets.
