87 CGT Cluth Pedal Help

I need help to find a couple of part #s for a couple things on my clutch
pedal.

The story is, a few months ago it loosened up all of a sudden, I had the
dealer look at it and he said it needed a new slave cylinder, well I didn't
think so at the time so I didn't have anything done. Well yesterday I
decided to check the actual clutch pedal to see if anything was wrong there,
and low and behold I found my problem. Where the clutch cable thing attaches
to the clutch pedal there is a pin and what looks like a little holder in
the clutch pedal for the pin so that it doesn't move around. Well the holder
thing (sorry for these horrible descriptions) is broken on one side, and
that is what caused the clutch to loosen up.

What I need is the part number of the pin, holder thing in the clutch pedal,
and the actual clutch pedal (looks like the pin wore the actual metal on the
pedal down).
